True Friends

I have found this to be true over and over again. These true friends, the ones who never walk out, have constantly been my family. With out a doubt. I am truly one blessed and lucky girl.

Sometimes all I want to do is just sit on the dock of that bay in Amelia Island and do a little soul searching. I felt so at peace and centered when I was able to sit out on that dock and let my problems and worries just be.  I was the happiest and the most at peace I have been in such a long time. 


 

2011....A New Year, New Life, New Me.

So much to discuss.......where to start! Relationship status, Work, School, family....

Although there it may have seemed I became engaged (on facebook) I am not!  I am still single! Not engaged!  That was a bet to see how many comments we could get....etc. 

Career:

I got a new job at Westminster College...(was previously in the Admissions office recruiting freshman students).  In a week and half, ill be moving over to the office on campus named: The Division of New Learning.  My job title is the Program Assistant to the BBA program (Project based Bachelors of Business Administration).  The program is designed to help adults who are already in the professional world with out degrees get a degree.  I am really excited to start my job there. Im doing my best to build my career as you can see. 

School:

Well.....i love it and hate it all at the same time!  Its a bitter sweet type of world.  I love my classes and everything involved with them hate the homework! Im almost half way done though!  Ill be graduating May 2012 or August 2012, depends on a couple different classes right now.  

Family:

Although I loved my dog, Lady, VERY MUCH!  She has been adopted by an adorable couple that will be able to give her the much needed attention I would have loved to give her.   She will be much happier with this family.  They have another dog her age that she instantly fell in love with! She was a good dog and im sad she is no longer with me......When the time is right, someday, I will find another lovely puppy to bring into my home.
